Can I design my own ski sweater?
Yes, absolutely! With the 3D configurator on the website, you can design your own unique ski sweater. You can customize the colors and add your own logos, text, or images. Orders start at just one piece.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, you can order just one ski sweater from us. Whether you want a unique piece for yourself or a large quantity for your friends or company, we offer flexibility regardless of the size of your order.
Are printing costs included in the price?
Yes, with us you pay a fixed price per pullover, and printing costs are included. We use sublimation technology, which allows the ink to penetrate deep into the fibers, ensuring the print remains razor-sharp and fade-resistant.
Shipping & Delivery Time
What is the delivery time of my order?
- Standard collection: Products from our own collection that are in stock will be shipped within 48 hours .
- Custom designs: For custom-designed ski sweaters, please allow 14 to 21 days for delivery. So don't wait too long to order when your winter sports holiday is coming up!
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free for orders over €100 . For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
You can return items from the standard collection within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original condition and have the original tags and packaging.
Please note! Custom-designed ski sweaters cannot be returned . However, if the product exhibits serious defects due to the manufacturing process, don't worry – we're always ready to offer a solution and prevent disappointment.
Can I return a personalized ski sweater?
No, products that have been specially designed for you cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Are there any costs associated with returning?
Yes, you are responsible for paying for the return shipping. We recommend sending the package with track & trace.

Our clothing is produced with care and craftsmanship in the European Union . This not only guarantees high quality and durability, but also ensures shorter transport routes.
What material are the sweaters made of?
The ski sweaters are made of a functional blend (87% polyester and 13% elastane). This material keeps you warm, effectively wicks away perspiration, and stays fresh thanks to a Polygiene treatment.
