What is the delivery time for custom-designed ski sweaters?
Personalized ski sweaters: For custom-made ski sweaters, please allow 14 to 21 days for delivery. So don't wait too long to order when your winter sports holiday is coming up!
What is sublimation?
Sublimation is a high-quality printing technique in which ink is transferred directly into the fibers of the fabric through heat and pressure. Instead of the ink lying on the fabric, as with screen printing or transfers, it is absorbed into the fabric itself. This creates a durable and breathable result where colors won't fade, peel, or crack, even after repeated washing.
At SKIPULLIES.COM, we use sublimation to create razor-sharp, colorful designs on our products. This allows us to create fully personalized ski sweaters with unique patterns, logos, and colors at no extra cost per print.
What material are the ski sweaters made of?
Our ski sweaters are made of high-quality 87% polyester and 13% elastane, a breathable and durable fabric. This material offers optimal comfort and efficiently wicks away moisture.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, there's no minimum order quantity. You can order from just 1 piece!
Can I cancel my order?
Because custom-designed ski sweaters are made especially for you, cancellations or returns are unfortunately not possible after production has begun. Therefore, please check your order carefully before placing it.
However, if the product shows serious defects due to the production process, you don't have to worry – we are always ready to provide a solution and prevent disappointment.
What if I make a mistake with my order?
If you made a mistake (for example, an incorrect name), please contact us immediately after placing your order. We'll try to correct the error before production begins.
Will my uploaded files be checked?
We automatically check files for technical aspects, such as file format and resolution. However, we do not perform content checks, such as spelling or color. Therefore, please check your files carefully before uploading.
Are color deviations between the screen and the sublimation print possible?
Yes, color variations can occur because screens operate in RGB color mode, while printing is done in CMYK. We do our best to match the colors as accurately as possible, but small variations are technically unavoidable.
Is it possible to reorder designs or products?
Yes, we save your designs so you can easily place a reorder. Don't forget to provide your original order number.
Where are the ski sweaters made?
Our ski sweaters are produced with care and craftsmanship in Europe. Thanks to European production, we can not only guarantee high quality but also flexibly respond to specific requests and achieve short delivery times.
Do you offer volume discounts?

Something's wrong – a production error, incorrect or missing items. What should I do?
We're not perfect, that's true. If something slipped through our quality control and you've received a product that's not quite right, please contact us. We're happy to help you resolve it. To speed up the process, please send us your order number, a detailed description of the problem, and, if possible, a few photos.
